Why not hire an Employee or a Temp?
An experienced full-time executive sales assistant earns between $35,000 & $75,000." An excellent idea … if you're prepared to pay 2 - 3 times their salary! In addition to their salary, keep in mind you will also need to provide:· "Competitive" benefits - Health and Dental insurance, retirement plans, workman's compensation, federal and state taxes · Vacation, sick, holiday and overtime pay· Training & payroll processing time · Office space, furniture and equipment AND …· You may have to deal with Personal issues · Firing (if they don't work out)· Recruiting Time and Expenses (advertising, resume weeding, appointment setting, employment agency fees)· Interviewing There's also nothing wrong with hiring a TEMP, but keep in mind they usually work on a project by project basis, don't have a vested interest in your business and a large portion of your fee goes to the agency.
